FREE Pre-School Year
From 1 January 2010, the government will provide for 2 ¼ hours per day (Monday – Friday) pre-school for your child for free. The crèche will receive €48.50 weekly for this service and the balance of hours your child attends will be charged at an hourly rate.
We have applied to be included in this scheme and are hopeful we will be accepted.
For your child to be eligible he/she must be aged between 3 years and 7 months and 4 years and 10 months on 1st September 2009. We are now taking enrolments including a deposit to secure the place for January 2010.
As we will be governed by the scheme as to how many places we can provide places will be limited so early registration is recommended. We are hoping to provide both a morning and afternoon pre-school session, which should enable us to cater for more children.
